James Earl Jones and Shari Headley return as King Jaffe Joffer and Lisa McDowell, respectively. A guest of choice should please fans of action movies of the 90s. Wesley Snipes appears stealthily on two scenes during the trailer. We don't really know what to expect since the first 30 seconds of this trailer only reveal this question of legacy. The atmosphere seems to be festive. A short reference to The Lion King is made. The rest of the trailer feels more like a casting presentation. We also see the many roles played by the two main actors. For the anecdote, it is from this film that Eddy Murphy used many disguises in films like Professor Foldingue … Craig Brewer is the director of the film. This is his second collaboration with Eddy Murphy whom he directed in Dolemite, a film broadcast on Netflix. The film arrives exclusively on Prime Video on March 5, 2021.
