Tuesday, October 9 is released on DVD Jurassic World: The Fallen Kingdom ! Whether to see or rewatch this film directed by Juan Antonio Bayona, it is a real pleasure to discover it on DVD.
A logical synopsis
After Jurassic Park, Jurassic World, and it's always a success! The sequel to Jurassic World takes place three years after the theme park was destroyed and Isla Nublar deserted following the famous escape of dinosaurs from their enclosures. Since then, dinosaurs have been living in freedom and are left to fend for themselves. But the island's volcano is waking up and threatens to cause their total disappearance again. Owen and Claire will then do their best to try to save them.
An interesting and entertaining suite
First of all level casting, we find the duo Chris Patt and Bryce Dallas Howard who works once again. As for the newcomers, Daniella Pineda and Justice Smith, they generally succeed in their entry. For fans of the mythical Jurassic saga, we also have the pleasure of seeing Jeff Goldblum aka Ian Malcom. Although the script is not the most original and still remains in the same vein as the Jurassic, the film is not boring to say the least, quite the contrary. The feature film allows the viewer to once again empathize with dinosaurs (especially for Blue, the female Velociraptor with superior intelligence) and manages to convey emotion through a film filled with moments of action. Throughout this opus, we are immersed in the heart of the plot and we can hardly get off. Especially since the special effects are still as successful and breathtaking. Once the film is finished, we can't wait for the release of the next and last episode of this Jurassic World trilogy.
A rich lot of bonuses
Many bonus features are available in this DVD, including a good number loaded with nostalgia for the old Jurassic. They show behind the scenes of the making of this film and explain the desire to create some very particular scenes as well as various impressive effects.
