Dumbo, an animated film from Disney studios that marked an entire generation (or even several), is back. But this time, in live action! Like films like The Jungle Book or Beauty and the Beast, Dumbo will come to life under the direction of the great Tim Burton.

We don't stop Disney anymore. Because after Maleficent 2 and Christopher Robin, it is the cute Dumbo who will be the subject of a live-action movie. It is in a first successful announcement that the elephant is revealed.
And if indeed the level of tenderness is at its maximum, history also makes you dream. If we see very few in the trailer, we already see the dream. The dream in which Tim Burton, the director, wants to transport us. And it seems to offer a film mastered, both by the story and by the visuals. Dreamland, what we can assume to be the name of the circus, confirms this magical world of Dumbo. According to Disney, the film's synopsis varies slightly from the 1941 animated film version. The Thimothée mouse will be replaced by children in particular.
A cast of regulars
Because if this is the first time that Dumbo is adapted, the actors are regulars of the Burton stable… Witness Danny DeVito and Micheal Keaton (Batman, the challenge), Eva Green (Miss Peregrine and the Peculiar Children) or Alan Arkin (Edward Scissorhands). Only Colin Farrell, one of the main characters of the story, will play for the first time under the camera of Tim Burton. A success, we are already sure!
