One of these days ago, Alexandre Astier confided to Mouloud Achour on Canal+ that he had already written the film Kaamelott and planned a trilogy. But to this day, still no filming in sight. What slows down walking?
After taking stock in Antoine de Caunes' Popopop show on France Inter, Astier confides about the few problems that slow down the process. He immediately announces the color by saying that the script provides for a two-hour film: "I'm not going to get away with a 1h25 film. It has to be done right. It doesn't have to be just a comedy with only con valves."
From there, things seem rather logical, he lacks the money to produce the entire film . "Yes, the film is written, but you have to find money. It's not just up to me. As you can imagine, I'm not going to do this alone in my basement. I have to find a little more money, because it's a film of almost two hours, and it's complicated to edit."
But do not panic, the film will not cease to exist, Alexandre Astier just asks us to be patient, and to keep our enthusiasm for the release of the film.
