The 7th art is regularly turned upside down by the comings and sometimes goings of the participants in the work. Extras, actors, and sometimes directors. To this day, while we were announced the presence of Alec Balwin in the Joker, it finally disappears from the cast.

The Joker is a fictional character subject to many pieces of art. Films, series, comics/comics and paintings of all kinds… Everyone has their own interpretation. While it has recently appeared in Suicide Squad (soon Suicide Squad 2), we will find it on the big screen soon in the direction imagined by Todd Phillips. This film will move away from déjà vu since it will focus on theorigins of the Joker. In short, the synopsis tells the story of a character who descends into madness. He then becomes the "Clown Prince of Crime" and goes so far as to kidnap a famous television host.

Last June, we introduced you to the main member of the cast: the Joker! He will be played by Joaquin Phoenix, known for his roles in A Beautiful Day or Gladiator. In addition, other characters have joined such as Robert De Niro who will be the famous animator, Zazie Beetz (Deadpool 2) and Marc Maron ( Glow Series). Who will play the character of Thomas Wayne, father of future Batman Bruce Wayne? According to The Hollywood Reporter, Alec Baldwin was ready for the role just a few days ago. However, as filming begins this month, the actor currently starring in BlacKkKlansman, has given up his role in the Joker. He told USA Today that he had to turn down "due to scheduling issues." If one thing is certain, it is that the actor does not consider himself irreplaceable since he added that "25 guys who can play this role". However, it has been two times that actors decline the invitation for this role in question (Viggo Mortensen).

Who will play Thomas Wayne in this Martin Scorsese production directed by Todd Phillips? In this film, we will face a new comic universe with dark tones. Indeed this new label launched by DC presents its first feature film through the Joker. Thus, in addition to the limited budget, the label intends to stand out. Several characters in the film will see their character blackened, as it will be the case of Thomas Wayne father of the future Batman (Bruce Wayne). Although known as a doctor full of aces remaining altruistic and philanthropist, he will become a nerdy businessman ready for anything. Some even describe him as the "Donald Trump of the 80s". Alec Baldwin would have been ideal for this role since he regularly imitates the character on Saturday Night Live

Time passes and the release date in the USA is set for October 4, 2019. Will they start filming without even finding the missing actor? Or will we wait a little longer?
