SEGA reveals a series of action-packed short films about Yakuza 6, the narrative focuses on the legend of the "Dragon of Dojima", Kazuma Kiryu.
These short films directed by Liquid Advertising and director Christopher Ewing were shot in Tokyo, Japan. These are three individuals who give their point of view, and whose lives have been impacted by Kiryu's intervention and morals. Each episode draws its inspiration from the characters of the saga, the word is thus given to the inhabitants of Kamurocho: "the bouncer " and "the prodigal son " drawing on Yakuza Kiwami and " the other Haruka" in Yakuza 5.
Players have the pleasure of reuniting with familiar characters years after their first encounter with Kiryu and discovering the changes it may have made in their lives. These amazing stories command respect and give a mythical dimension to the "Dragon of Dojima".
Recall that Yakuza 6: The song of Life will be the last episode of the adventures of Kazuma Kiryu. To celebrate the end of an extraordinary adventure, SEGA is planning a premium edition after hours (details of which are here) and some revolutions. Indeed, Yakuza 6 offers a new graphics engine the "Dragon Engine", then gameplay changes are expected. Finally for those who do not know the history of this Yakuza, know that Kazuma Kiryu, released from prison after 3 years in the shade, will follow in the footsteps of his adopted daughter, Hakura, who mysteriously disappeared. This personal investigation leads him to Kamurocho, to a place he knows well, and discovers that Hakura has had an accident and leaves a son to be taken care of. This final episode will take you to Onomichi, a port city in Hiroshima Prefecture, in the Kamurocho red-light district against a backdrop of criminal stories, dynamic fights and side activities that are always as crazy as ever.
