Ubisoft never gives up a license that works and Far Cry is one of them. It is therefore with joy that we discover this new kid and especially its post-apocalyptic atmosphere. A first for the Far Cry series.
A year after the release of the previous game that took place in the United States, Ubisoft presented Far Cry New Dawn at the 2018 Game Awards ceremony. It will therefore be a spin-off with a post-apocalyptic sauce.
Indeed, the game will take over from Far Cry 5 and will take us back to Hope County, 17 years after the end of the game. A nuclear explosion has ravaged the world as we know it and a new world order has taken over. Here, we are far from the graying and rusty atmosphere of Mad Max since we find ourselves in a colorful and flowery world.
The novelty of the opus that we know for the moment is the manufacture of weapons and gadgets. We will find the companions and a dog as before.
Far Cry New Dawn will be released on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on February 15, 2019 for 44.99 euros.
