Human: Fall Flat, the puzzle and platform game with special physics, now has 4 million units sold, all platforms combined.
Originally launched on Steam in early 2016 in early access, Human: Fall Flat quickly offered a commercial version on PC, PS4, Xbox One and more recently Nintendo Switch. In 2017, the PC version became denser with the arrival of a major patch bringing an online multiplayer mode (8 players). In addition, Curve Digital and No Brakes Games have added a new 1.4 patch to include Japanese and Korean, as well as bug fixes and improvements.
Since 2016, Human: Fall Flat has built a solid reputation thanks to Bob's wacky adventures. The game reached the top 5 of the Nintendo eShop in Europe, USA and Japan (approaching a well-known plumber). On the PS Store side, the game found itself in the top 10 of December sales, bringing the indie touch to the ranking. Finally, it is one of the most played games on Steam in 2018 and will be part of the summer sales.
"I'm impressed that Human: Fall Flat has touched the hearts of so many players, and with the Japanese and Korean versions, the game will be able to reach even more," said Tomas Sakalauskas, the game's developer. "Knowing that the game was developed solo and now has millions of fans around the world is just amazing. »
"We were blown away by the warm welcome to Human: Fall Flat in Asia," said Jason Perkins, CEO at Curve Digital."With the release of the Korean and Japanese versions, we hope that Bob's adventures will mean countless hours of fun for as many players as possible around the world. »
