The second of the two semi-finals of this 2020-2021 edition will oppose Paris Saint-Germain to Manchester City, this Wednesday at the Parc des Princes (9pm). After eliminating BVB (4-2), the Skyblues hope to finally reach the final of the most prestigious competition. As for them, the Parisians hope for the second time in a row to participate in this final. It should be noted that PSG eliminated the Bavarian titleholder (3-3) in the previous round. This confrontation promises a very high level poster. These are two favorite teams for the final victory with stars on each side.

Guardiola will rely on the intelligence and mobility of his players to combine and create a multitude of chances. For its part, Paris Saint-Germain is in great shape at the moment. Most of the lights are green for PSG before negotiating its semi-final. In terms of results, Mauricio Pochettino's men have just chained three successes in a row TCC. The last defeat to date, against Bayern, was rather synonymous with great joy since this result had nevertheless allowed the Parisians, on April 13, to reach the last European square. The qualification against the defending champion or the forceps victory against ASSE last week, testifies to an irreproachable state of mind and mentality. Two full teams
Last weekend allowed us to remove some uncertainties about the starting line-up of Paris-SG. Against Metz on Saturday in Ligue 1, Mauricio Pochettino has indeed made choices that looked like full-scale tests for the C1: Florenzi rather than Dagba on the right side of the defense, Marco Verratti back in shape and positioned as a playmaker, Neymar on the left flank, Kylian Mbappé in point. All these options could well be renewed on Wednesday. The news is also quite good on the side of the infirmary. Captain Marquinhos, who has suffered an adductor injury and has not played since the quarter-final first leg against Bayern, should be able to hold his place in defence for this first leg, as should Abdou Diallo at left-back. The probable composition of PSG: Navas – Florenzi, Marquinhos, Kimpembe, Diallo – Paredes, Gueye – Di Maria, Verratti, Neymar – Mbappe. 
In the Citizens' camp, long uncertain, Kevin De Bruyne was a starter in the League Cup final.
