Vegan coconut panna cotta and mango/passion coulis

A simple panna cotta recipe, fresh and that will amaze your guests!

For panna cotta

  • 20cl coconut milk
  • 30cl liquid almond cream
  • 2g agar agar
  • 3TS maple syrup or vanilla sugar
  • 3TBSP grated coconut

For grout

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 2 small passion fruits
  • 5TS of waterPanna Cotta Mango Passion

Steps of the cooking recipe

In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk and almond cream over low heat.

Add the sugar/maple syrup and mix well

Then mix the agar agar , stirring constantly.

Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally for 10min.

Remove from heat and pour into verrines. Leave the panna cotta in the refrigerator overnight.

Prepare the coulis: Peel and dice the mango , empty the passion fruit.

On low heat, add the fruit to a saucepan, pour the water little by little and stir until the mixture has the texture of a compote (about 15min)

In a blender, pour the mixture and mix, add spring water until the mixture is liquid. Then book refrigerated.

About 10min before serving, take out the panna cotta and pour the grout over it, you can also serve the coulis in a small ramekin!
