Sleep

It may sound silly, but our body needs to sleep in order to rest and rebuild. This is related to the first tip: the less you sleep, the less good you will feel and the more you will be the perfect target for germs. This is why it is necessary to sleep 7 to 8 hours a night to be in good shape the next day. For this, do not take your phone with you to sleep, the Instagram posts of your friends can wait until the next day. Maybe you don't need two hours in the morning to get ready, try to shower in the evening, you'll save time and sleep. Even if you manage to save only a few minutes, these can be very useful for the next few days to come. 

Sorting

Many talk about spring cleaning, but we think an autumn cleaning wouldn't hurt either. Indeed, sorting through your clothes, your kitchen, your papers allow you to take control of your life. You can very quickly feel overwhelmed when exams are fast approaching or when you have an endless list of missions to do at work. So, taking time to reorganize gives us the opportunity to reduce stress and, precisely, regain control. When you have clear ideas at home, professional life will follow. So throw the cans that date from 2015 in the back of your closets, sell your old clothes that you kept "just in case" and go buy that beautiful sorter that made you eye to store all your bills. You will feel much better to face the rest of the winter. 

Sometimes it is necessary to recall the most obvious and easy to apply tips because with morale at zero, we can quickly forget. Autumn and winter can be as enjoyable as summer, you just have to prepare well in advance.
