Women's Day coincides with the start of the first edition of HeForShe Arts Week Paris 2017. An event organized by the UN in collaboration with many artists and cultural venues with a common goal supporting equality between men and women.
All this starts from an unfortunate record: women are still the victims of multiple discrimination. This can result in minor or major differences. One of the main goals of this great initiative is for men and boys to get involved in making a difference. It is a solution that will break the shackles of today's society.
HeForShe Arts will be held from 8 to 15 March 2017. Different festivities will punctuate this beautiful week. For example, the artist Miss Tic will be displayed at the gallery L'oeil ouvert. Let us salute her altruism since she will offer "You make me dream to better fall asleep" for the auction organized on March 15.
The cultural part will be important since concerts of the petulant Louane and the French duo "Her" will take place. The French group had distinguished itself during the transmusicales of Rennes. The themes addressed are important to them since they regularly confide their attachment to women. Other prestigious venues such as the Cité de la Mode et du Design and the Musée d'Orsay will host conferences and other important moments.
