Tip: to save time, cook the quinoa the day before.
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 300g quinoa (150g raw)
- 200g smoked trout
- 1 Counsel
- 150g pickled cherry tomatoes
- A dozen radishes
- Olive oil
- 1 yellow lemon
- Fresh herbs of your choice (here coriander)
- Salt pepper
Realization:
Cook the quinoa (15min in a volume of water), and let stand in the pan for another 5min, so that the quinoa is well swollen. Drain and set aside. Cut the ingredients and add them, make a simple vinaigrette with olive oil and the juice of a yellow lemon, season with salt and pepper.
