On March 6th, the 7th edition of the national cooking competition "Jeunes Talents Maîtres Restaurateurs" was held. The 9 finalists competed. The list has fallen.
This new edition of this great culinary event had the privilege of having an exceptional sponsor in the person of master restaurateur Philippe ETCHEBEST. This great French chef became known to the general public on Top Chef. It has a good popularity rating, we saw it recently on M6 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the channel.
The Young Talents Master Restaurateurs Competition distinguished a young female talent.

1st Prize: Clémence PERRAUT (17 years old) from the restaurant Le Christine in Paris (75)
2nd Prize: Sébastien MURCIA (23 years old) from the restaurant Le Figuier de Saint-Esprit in Antibes (06)
3rd Prize: Jennifer CAPELLE GRANDET (23 years old) from the restaurant L'Entrée Jardin in Cadillac (33)
