The pastry chef now has more than one and a half million followers on Instagram. He quickly knew how to tame this public, especially thanks to his Fruits collection. A collection of trompe-l'oeil cakes that quickly made people talk about him: strawberries, cherries, peaches and his famous lemon whose recipes are unveiled in his eponymous culinary book. His marketing strategy paid off and thanks to his growing reputation, he officially opened his second boutique in Paris. The success is at the rendezvous and as soon as it opens, dozens of gourmets jostle at the entrance. We see a refined decoration and design, imbued with elegance.
