3 – Let your skin breathe
Letting your skin breathe is essential for it to be at the top. We almost all like to wear makeup, but makeup is not your best friend. Foundation especially clogs the pores of the skin and saturates it with chemicals.
If it's inconceivable for you to go out without makeup, try gradually replacing your foundations for a BB cream and some blush. This will do much less damage. I often see girls who are no longer the age of puberty spread their faces to cover pimples and imperfections, except that this is often what causes these imperfections. The skin of their face can no longer take it, which is why it reacts by making impurities appear. As long as they continue to wear so much makeup, it will not get better. Who doesn't love a good fresh fruit juice? So do it! It is no longer necessary to remember how good fresh fruit juices are for our body. In addition to being good to drink, juices provide a large amount of minerals, vitamins, enzymes and trace elements that are needed.
Today, there are plenty of new brands that offer fresh fruit juices, but the best is to make them yourself. Thus, you are sure of the freshness of the juice, you can guarantee that it contains no preservatives, and you can have fun creating all kinds of flavors according to your tastes, your desires, your needs, and the seasonal fruits. In addition, it will be much cheaper for you to do it yourself.
Never mix more than 4 different fruits if you want to enjoy the flavor of each. Do not hesitate to add ginger, turmeric, fennel or spinach according to the needs of your skin. It's not easy to find the time to make one every morning, but if you can do it 2 times a week, your skin will say thank you.
As far as I'm concerned, I make my juices according to seasonal fruits most of the time. Nevertheless, once every 15 days, I prepare a juice made from beetroot and carrot, because these vegetables are so rich in beta-carotenes that they help maintain a nice complexion and look good.
5 – Sleep
We can never say it enough, but sleeping is essential for well-being in general, and also for the condition of the skin. Tired skin shows, and all the makeup in the world can do nothing about it. If you have any doubts about the benefits of sleep, then look at yourself in the mirror a night after a night that ended very late.
So don't deprive yourself of sleep. Sleep is restorative. Sleep helps to regenerate the metabolism and condition of the skin accordingly. Someone who doesn't get enough sleep has more dark circles and wrinkles than someone who sleeps well, and this gets worse over the years. It's up to you to know if you want your wrinkles to mark on your face as late as possible, or not.
If your nights are too short, don't hesitate to take a nap. Twenty minutes is enough for the effects to be beneficial. Rested skin is significantly more beautiful.
