Tsukumogami Kashimasu: new promotional video for the anime!

Less than a month before its broadcast, the anime adaptation of Tsukumogami Kashimasu is talking about it! After unveiling the technical staff and the main musical theme, a promotional video was released yesterday. We take stock of this anime of the summer before its release!

 

Set in the Edo period, this anime is based on the eponymous light novel published in 2007 by Kadokawa. In 2013, a sequel entitled Tsukumogami, Asobō yo was released in the Land of the Rising Sun. The opportunity for us to discover this fantastic universe, not yet reached in our light novel collections. The broadcast of the first episode is scheduled for July 22.

Synopsis 

Edo era, Fukagawa district

Living in an area subject to the vagaries of fires and floods, the people of Fukagawa have become accustomed to renting their daily furniture and utensils. In case of evacuation, they do not hinder them in their flight. Izunomiya is the name of the rental shop that Okō and his brother Seiji run. A classic rental shop, which hides some special items in reserve… After a hundred years of existence, some objects have turned into spirits and become Tsukumogami. Able to see and communicate with them, Okō and Seiji sometimes rent them to meet particular customer expectations. 

 

 

 

Already unveiled through posters and teaser, the anime Tsukumogami Kashimasu (Tsukumogami for rent) is revealed this time in a longer promotional video. And it's an anime that already catches our eye, we admit it! With its warm animation, a pleasant character design and its catchy scenario, it is already part of the anime that we will follow this summer!
