Synopsis
Akira Tachibana is a seventeen-year-old high school student. She was once a promising athlete, but an injury prevented her from continuing. One day, Akira goes to a family restaurant where the manager speaks to him in a tender voice. She then decided to start working part-time in this restaurant. Masami Kondo, the restaurant's manager, is forty-five years old and divorced with one child. And when Akira falls in love with him, everything gets out of hand.

Koi wa Ameagari no You ni plunges us back into a familiar everyday life against a backdrop of romance, adolescence and choice. Subjects far from being new or original. However, the past of the heroine who lost her dream makes us curious and we wonder what she finds in this man who could be her father, given the obvious age difference. The film promises to be interesting not focusing solely on the atypical love story of the heroine!
