Review Attack of the Titans Volume 30: A Big Slap

After a longer wait than expected for the release of Attack on Titan volume 30, it is on May 27 that we were able to have the long-awaited sequel to this manga so gripping. Eren, the master character of his destiny

In this volume, we get to understand a lot about the story as a whole. You will need a good memory because the mangaka Hajime evokes many details of the past. But don't worry, he's here to remind you of them. And we, we will not fail to remind you of some clues that may have escaped you previously. We come to see clearly in Eren's real intentions, what he really wants for his people and his intentions vis-à-vis his brother Sieg. It is discovered that he manipulated Sieg to achieve his own ends. It is seen that he also manipulated his father Grisha Jäger. How? We learn for the first time that the power of the attacking titan is to control the past by the future holder of power. Why did he make this choice except for his freedom, which he always wanted?Does he want to save his friends or is his choice simply driven by the desire to obtain his freedom? Is he the same as before caring about his friends and people or has he totally changed? When he goes through his memories with Sieg and sees his version of the past giving Mikasa his scarf, you can see a certain look on his face. Is it regret, sadness? Did he do anything wrong? Does he regret his words from volume 28 when he gets angry with her and Armin? There is still a part of mystery about our flagship character. But it's a huge blow that we take with this new volume.

Attack on the Titans Volume 30: More unanswered parts
