A moment of relaxation in a Japanese universe. If you do not know the Golden Fox bookstore, we invite you today to discover its coffee version. We were lucky enough to be invited to the opening night of the Renard Café. Located in the5th arrondissement of Paris at 57 Rue du Cardinal Lemoine. Just by approaching the establishment, you feel a strong personality that sets it apart from other brands. The interior is just as impressive, it takes up the decorations of the traveling castle. Don't worry, the coffee will be very static to him. 
An unprecedented collaboration
Tomo pastries (Romain Gaia) and Renard Doré (Mickaël Brun-Arnaud) create this cozy little nest where you can read many manga while tasting homemade onigiris. But not only that! There are also real bubble tea with teas imported directly from Japan. Japanese confections such as Daifuku (Japanese sugar made of glutinous rice), Dorayaki (pancake-shaped dough containing a filling of red beans) or Yatsuhashi (rice paste, cinnamon powder and sugar). Be careful, you can only stay one hour per consumption. We would all like to spend our day there, but we must let others enjoy the den. Above your heads will be present various manga, also available at the bookstore of the golden fox which is located barely 100 meters from the café at 41 Rue Jussieu. So you can read your favorite series in total tranquility and sit next to Totoro. Don't forget to put the manga back once you read. 
Special attention to the environment and vegans. The fox is indeed the friend of nature on this point! He highlights his cups which are completely biodegradable by their plant composition (corn fiber). It is also indicated on the card when a product is vegan or not. Almost half of the map is adapted.
