The Décibels Vendanges Festival is the 3rd major Parisian event in terms of attendance.In the last century, it was a question of celebrating the new vintage of the Montmartre vines under the sponsorship of Mistinguett and Fernandel. Today, the festival extends to the entire 18th arrondissement.
