Fans of original anime music are delighted. Milan Records, which holds the rights to the OST of many anime, makes available for the first time on streaming and download platforms, the music of Full Metal Alchemist. A news that has its importance since it is the first time outside Japan.
Why is this good news?
After years of waiting and asking for it, fans of Fullmetal Alchemist have finally won their case: the track list is available for streaming. The good news is for all those nostalgic for the series, but also for those who appreciate music in general. This is an opportunity for all fans to immerse themselves in the universe of the series, to relive the moments they enjoyed so much. The sounds presented are timeless and will make you discover the series in a new light. Indeed, the music of the anime was used to support the images and to express what could not be said through words. In this sense, it provokes emotions specific to everyone and will speak to fans of Fullmetal Alchemist but also to music lovers.
What music is available?
The catalog includes OST from both television series (Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood) as well as those from the films (Fullmetal Alchemist: The Conqueror of Shamballa and Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos). You will also find the key themes and songs related to the characters. That's 11 soundtracks. Aniplex had released 8 albums composed mainly by Michiru Oshima, Akira Senju and Taro Iwashiro. A trio of talented composers who have moved us and magnified the perfectly orchestrated fights. Two albums join the catalog. They consist of original songs performed by the original voice actors. The release of this music coincides with the 20th anniversary of Full Metal. If you are not fond of Full Metal, other soundtracks are also available at Sony masterworks. We particularly recommend that of Ranking of kings, a surprise anime released a few months ago in Japan and which is already one of the most beautiful nuggets of the year. We also find classics like Evangelion or the shonen doped with super-powers, My hero Academia. Cover image copyright: © HIROMU ARAKAWA / SQUARE ENIX, MBS, ANX, BONES, dentsu 2004
