If there is a cartoon adapted into a musical not to be missed in his life it is that of The Lion King.

Presentation of the musical Lion King

Its reputation is well established. Created on Broadway in 1997, it has been awarded several times as best musical. His incredible success has allowed him to travel to the most beautiful cities such as London, Tokyo, Sydney and of course Paris. After being seen by more than a million people between 2007 and 2010 in Mogador, she has been back since November 2021 and success is still there. The theater is packed at the 3pm and 8pm performances.

Access

The doors are permanently closed 5 minutes before the start of the show. It is advisable to provide room so as not to stress unnecessarily.

Access is relatively fast using 2 queues outside for bag checks. Smokers are asked to move on the sidewalk opposite. This rule is especially appreciated by pregnant women and children.

After the Scan des places, the shop and bars are open if you wish but you have time to go at intermission. For a little souvenir, an ice cream or a glass of beer, wine or champagne according to your desire.  The show lasts about 2h30. The intermission takes place after 1h30 of show. When Simba grew up with Timon and Pumbaa at the end of the song Hakuna Matata! But what a magnificent sentence!

To enjoy all the peculiarities and artistic details of the show, a place in the Basket is highly recommended and if possible in the middle, as there are things to see on the sides. Here is the view that we have.

Content

For lovers of the story of The Lion King, they will fall back into childhood. Fans who know the cartoon by heart may be slightly frustrated with the rewriting of the songs and dialogue. The lyrics added to the normally unsung melodies are not distracting. They may give children a better understanding of what is going on. The modern touches integrated, in just the right dose, bring humor and dynamism to the play between the characters and are within everyone's reach.

The work of costumes, make-up, choreography, sets and colors is impressive!

From the imposing elephant, to the small colorful birds through the magnificent cheetah we do not know where to look.

With each emblematic song we hear the crowd humming the tune and we are at the same time fascinated by the role of each one on the stage without forgetting the play of light which at certain moments brings a very special emotion. No important moment has been forgotten. Others have been added for the understanding of the youngest and for a scenic logic.

Everything is beautiful. Whether you like musicals or not, you fall in love with them after seeing the one in The Lion King, that's for sure!

When you know the story you know that the end is coming and you have no desire for the show to stop. We would like it to last for hours.

The show is in performance at the Mogador theater and there are still places so do not hesitate! Go ahead!

This is the story of life!
