Tip: to save time, cook the quinoa the day before.


Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 300g quinoa (150g raw)Lifestyle Icon Recipe
  • 200g smoked trout
  • 1 Counsel
  • 150g pickled cherry tomatoes
  • A dozen radishes
  • Olive oil
  • 1 yellow lemon
  • Fresh herbs of your choice (here coriander)
  • Salt pepper

Realization:

Cook the quinoa (15min in a volume of water), and let stand in the pan for another 5min, so that the quinoa is well swollen. Drain and set aside. Cut the ingredients and add them, make a simple vinaigrette with olive oil and the juice of a yellow lemon, season with salt and pepper.
