After a first TV movie on Disney Channel in 2015, as well as an animated series, the sequel is preparing for Descendants! Still inspired by Disney studio characters and with Kenny Ortega at the helm, the broadcast is scheduled for 2017!
Descendants invited us to the Kingdom of Auradon, where we found Ben, the son of Belle and the Beast (now King) but also on the island of Oblivion, home of the greatest villains. There, we met Mal, the daughter of Maleficent, Evie, the daughter of the Evil Queen, Jay, the son of Jafar and finally Carlos, the son of Cruella of Hell.
After the success of the first TV movie, Disney Channel is riding the wave and was quick to order a sequel, which will air in 2017. Still directed by Kenny Ortega, to whom we owe High School Musical, this TV movie will welcome even more new characters, starting with the offspring of Ursula, Uma (China Anne McClain), the villain of The Little Mermaid, that of Gaston, Gil (Dylan Playfair), the infamous character of Beauty and the Beast and finally Harry (Thomas Doherty), the son of Captain Hook of Peter Pan.
