Team17 and Finnish indie developer Reinkout Games announced today that Mugsters will arrive in 2018.
In Mugsters, you have a simple mission: save the survivors, defeat the aliens, collect crystals and save the world. Mugsters is a physics-based puzzle game, where you have to be smarter than your enemies by experimenting with different levels such as sandboxes, vehicles, environmental traps and explosives.
Here are the main features of the game:
- Quick Action – Tackle a variety of hazards through a series of ingenious levels. Watch out for alien abduction rays, rocket turrets, and a myriad of traps while escaping the invaders who are always on your heels.
- Physics – Experiment with a physics-based sandbox environment. Complete your goals as you see fit
- Vehicles – With over 30 types of vehicles at your disposal, you can crawl, throw, shred, and shoot to clear your way
- Puzzles – It takes brain to survive these hostile islands. Use a mix of explosives, booby traps, and vehicles to rescue humans, collect crystals, and get out of the air. Just try not to crash!
- Multiplayer – Team up and take on this world-dominating threat with a friend. All single-player campaign missions are completely remixed for local two-player cooperative action.
