Puzzle & Dragons is basically a video game franchise. Initially developed via mobile application, it combines puzzle game and RPG. Since the release of the first opus, it is a real success in Japan which was then declined on 3DS. He was even treated to an anime and it is naturally that a manga came out. Drawn by Momota Inoue, this manga is not the first of the mangaka in France, since it is also he who draws several manga adaptations of the films of the Pokemon license (published by Kurokawa)

Puzzle & Dragons 1

In the universe of Dracomancia, men and dragons live together in harmony. Some humans even team up with dragons to fight duels, they are simply called dragon tamers. While the evil organization Paradox tries to destroy the world, the rangers try to thwart their plans. The story focuses on Zed, a young boy who aspires to become a dragon tamer, who will join the ranks of the rangers. It is during the day of the exam to become a dragon tamer, that the latter will come across a young dragon named Syrup. This dragon, object of lust of Dogma, leader of the Paradox, will bring trouble to Zed. This is how he will have to keep them suckling, to protect his friend.

Puzzle & Dragons 2

Like Pokemon, Puzzle & Dragons Z takes up a universe where humans live in peace with supernatural creatures. This peace is threatened by an organization that will be talked about many times. As in this type of series, we will be entitled to a main character who stands out: go-getter, a little silly, but with a big heart and unfailing determination. If the narrative remains classic, the chapters are varied and the bestiary attractive. In addition, the fact that this series is short (finished in 4 volumes) makes it an inexpensive investment.

Thanks to its endearing characters and a nice draconic bestiary, Puzzle & Dragons Z offers us an eventful and relentless adventure. Zed's learning experience is dazzling and he will find himself regularly confronted with Paradox. He will manage to get by thanks to his courage and tenacity. Closed in 4 volumes, this series can be a good alternative to Pokemon, from an early age!
