After Love and La Vie d'Adèle, Promo tackles Sausage Party!

After La Vie d'Adèle and Love, the association promote tackles Seth Rogen's new animated film directed by Conrad Vernon and Greg Tiernan: Sausage Party.

For those who do not know, Promote is an association whose holy mission is to "combat the proliferation of sex and violence in culture". Its founder André Bonnet had, a few years earlier, fought against several directors to censor their films. Today, he does not hide his animosity towards Sausage Party. Valeurs actuelles, the far-right newspaper was quick to gather his opinion on the film:

"The directors knowingly imitated Pixar or Disney cartoons, knowing that it would confuse people. And that their libertarian and pedophile-oriented message would thus reach an audience that would not have been otherwise."

The association Promo has already filed an injunction against the operating visa of Sausage Party. But apparently, André Bonnet himself seems to doubt any success following a decision of the Council of State on September 28, 2016 concerning La Vie d'Adèle. Bonnet comments:

"This high court has indeed, for La Vie d'Adèle, reversed its previous jurisprudence, and admitted that one could show minors ten-minute sequences of pure pornography if the film also contained other content over time"

Meanwhile, André Bonnet is not the only one outraged by these foods waddling in a supermarket. Indeed, we could discover, a few days ago, various tweets of the Manif Pour Tous considering that the film had no place in French cinemas.
