The famous music of the series as well as Gordon Cole with now a modern hearing aid are confirmed in a short 30-second video announcing the sequel to David Lynch's must-see series, Twin Peaks.
Still without news of a release date for this season 3 of Twin Peaks, Showtime still grants us this short clip of the next season of David Lynch's series. On the program, this famous piece composed by Angelo Badalamenti, the inevitable return of Gordon Cole, the head of the FBI Regional Office played by Lynch himself, and the enigmatic donuts. We hope soon a trailer revealing more unpublished images and an official release date.
All we know for now is that the cast seems to remain faithful to its two predecessors. Kyle MacLachlan will reprise his role as Agent Dale Cooper, as will Sherilyn Fenn as Audrey Horne. Sheryl Lee (Laura Palmer) will also be there with Ray Wise, Grace Zabriskie (Laura's parents), Harry Dean Stanton (Carl Rodd), and Catherine E. Coulson (the woman with the log) who died last year.
This time will be joined by Monica Bellucci, Laura Dern, Naomi Watts, Amanda Seyfried, Ashley Judd, Jennifer Jason Leigh. Michael Cera, Tim Roth, David Duchovny, Ernie Hudson, Richard Chamberlain and Matthew Lillard.
