"The third season of The Royals proved to be an entertaining mix of secrets, betrayals and desires that our fans cannot live without. We can't wait to see what new scandals will be provoked by our royal family, and how they will evolve during season 4," said Adam Stotsky, president of E! Entertainment.
Mark Schwahn, the creator of the series, is also very happy with the return of the series: "E!, Lionsgate, and Universal are wise and benevolent governments, and the 'Royals' are the real aristocracy. The writers, cast and crew love creating this show, and I'm thrilled to be able to continue entertaining our fanbase with even more outrageous, sexy, heartfelt and addictive stories about the House of Henstridge."
