Today, we are talking about a new live-action film adaptation and a third film for the manga Chihayafuru by Suetsugu Yuki. We also remind you that the manga is still ongoing and published in France Kazé. It has nineteen volumes (thirty-four in Japan)! He had the right to an anime version in 2011 and a sequel in 2013 (of twenty-five episodes each).
In terms of main roles we find the same cast as for the first two Live films released in 2016, Shuhei Nomura, Mackenyu, Mone Kamishiraishi, Yuma Yamoto, Yuki Morinaga, Hiroya Shimizu and Mayu Matsuoka but also new characters. The film is scheduled for 2018 with shooting starting this month and ending in June!
