Recipe for pickled cherry tomatoes

A very simple recipe that will bring pep to all your dishes!Lifestyle icon

Ingredients for about 450ml

  • 250g cherry tomatoes cut in half or four if large
  • 100ml of olive oil
  • 1/2 finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons sherry vinegarLifestyle Icon Recipe
  • 4 garlic cloves finely chopped (if you are not too fond of the garlicky taste put in 2/3)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • A little spice for those who like spiciness!

Mix everything in a bowl and transfer the preparation to a jar, it's as simple as that!

The preparation can be kept between 3 and 4 days in the refrigerator
