A very simple recipe that will bring pep to all your dishes!
Ingredients for about 450ml
- 250g cherry tomatoes cut in half or four if large
- 100ml of olive oil
- 1/2 finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves finely chopped (if you are not too fond of the garlicky taste put in 2/3)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- A little spice for those who like spiciness!
Mix everything in a bowl and transfer the preparation to a jar, it's as simple as that!
The preparation can be kept between 3 and 4 days in the refrigerator
