On his Instagram account, the showrunner of the series shared a drawing that will make us have nightmares…

Ryan Murphy is at his best to give fans of his American Horror Story series trickle clues about a highly anticipated season 7. Indeed, the announcement was made several months ago, this season will focus on the American elections, a subject that apparently gives fans a hell of a chill! The showrunner of the series created an Instagram account a few days ago and it took him just a few hours to share the sketch of a mask (or a face?) intended to be seen in this season 7.

With such an unhealthy smile, one is almost sure that the character under this mask will inevitably try to kill someone in these elections. Or will it be one of the candidates? At first glance, this is an obvious cross between a clown and an elephant, which is, let's not lie to ourselves, quite disturbing. So if you thought that season 7 would only reserve you scared politicians, Ryan Murphy confirms here that there will be other things much more terrifying !

We know for the moment little about this famous season 7. Ryan Murphy has already revealed the date on which he would like to release this season: November 8, 2017, exactly one year after the election of Donald Trump to the presidency of the United States. Actress Sarah Paulson will return alongside Evan Peters, both of whom have been in the cast of the series since the first season. We recently learned that Billie Lourd and Billy Eichner are also joining the ranks of this seventh season of American Horror Story.

Who will be this mysterious elephant clown? Answer this fall…
