After a cancellation in 2014 after 8 seasons, the American channel USA Network is preparing to make a huge Christmas gift to fans of the series Psych.

Indeed, the comic-police series will be back with a special episode entitled Psych: The Movie which will be broadcast during the month of December 2017. Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dulé Hill) will both be back three years after the series finale. They will not return alone since are already announced to the cast Timothy Omundson (Lassiter), Corbin Bernsen (Henry), Kirsten Nelson (Chief Vick) and Maggie Lawson (Juliet). We should have more information very soon as well as further feedback.

Psych: The Movie will mark the reunion of the duo Shawn and Gus as a mysterious assailant targets one of their loved ones during the holiday season. The screenplay for this TV movie will be written by Steve Franks, the creator of the series, and by James Roday himself. Good news for fans of the investigative duo and for those of Dulé Hill, who saw his new series, Doubt, removed from the air after airing only two episodes.

Psych: The Movie will air in December 2017 on USA Network.
