James Cameron would be about to resume the Terminator saga and it is none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger who announces it.
However, it would not be as a director but as a producer, as was revealed a few months earlier. Fans of Cameron know, this one, after the filming of Aliens , planned to make Terminator a Star Wars franchise: that is to say, a franchise under the control of its creator, but each film would be directed by a director other than that of the original. After the more or less failures, Terminator 3, Terminator Renaissance and Terminator Genysis, the creator of the saga would return to business, for better or for worse (we were going to love Terminator Genisys he said… Of course Jim). Filming is scheduled to begin in March 2018 but the name of the director is still unknown. However, in view of Cameron's words, it would probably be Tim Miller, the director of Deadpool.
The "Governor" also announces the imminent filming of The Triplets, sequel to The Twins, with Danny DeVito and Eddie Murphy in the other roles. Finally, Schwarzenegger, announces that the movie Legend Of Conan, considered until then to be canceled, is back. Good news for fans of John Milius' film, who have always been waiting for a sequel at the height of the masterpiece that is the original.
Schwarzenegger therefore has a very busy news at the moment, especially with the upcoming shootings of sequels to cult films that are Terminator and Conan the Barbarian.
