These Belgians who have found their place in French-speaking rap.
Romeo Elvis, Damso, Jean Jass, Hamza, Caballero, La Smala, Les r'tardataires… The list of Brussels rappers continues to grow. But all have their uniqueness. We have therefore chosen to introduce you to the 77. Last week we announced their first date in Paris. The Label's Pop-Up went up nicely. Indeed, the guys were hot. Today, we offer you a return on the members and their music.
Call us the 77, the zeven seven but not the seventy-seven!

Félé Flingue and Dr. Peet burst onto the stage very excited. Nicely dressed in a small Morgan plumber's overalls, the beatmaker, launches and sends a warm beat into the room. The two McS then greet their audience. But from the beginning, they want to make things clear about their name. There is no seventy-seven that holds, it is the 77 or the zeven seven. Phew, we still have the possibility to set up a group in the 77 not far from Paris. No more jokes, the two Mc are not asked and the concert begins.
A varied style
The guys rap on intruders with old school sounds and make us dance to prods oscillating between hip-hop and jazz. They pass the mic, it's fluid. The lyrics are funny; They publicly tease each other about sex and girls. Some punchlines make us smile. They surf on the party, women, drugs and their friends, or simply their daily lives. Finally, they seem to be having fun and so do we.

But the 77 is above all a roommate of four boys: Dr Peet (mc, beatmaker, sound engineer), Félé Flingue (mc and also member of L'Or du Commun), Morgan (beatmaker, dj) and finally Rayan (3rd eye). They met in 2014 in Laeken, a city north of Brussels. Together, they began to perform in their basement which would serve as a recording studio.

They released their first EP in October 2016 as a free download. Dr. Peet also released a solo project, where the art of storytelling is perfectly mastered, in February 2016. He collaborates with Romeo Elvis on a track. For a first date in Paris, the concert seems successful in view of the fervor of the public. To give you a glimpse of their funny, they released a music video last week. Finally, we hope that their only resolution for 2018 is to continue to send us distilled sounds with ever more unexpected prods.
