This Netflix original series arrives on January 5 to everyone's surprise.
Completely unexpected and out of nowhere, The End of the Fucking World promises to be the deranged series of early 2018 at Netflix! We discover James, a teenager who calls himself a psychopath, and Alyssa, one of his schoolmates. The two teens begin dating, each having a presumably very different purpose in this relationship. The day Alyssa decides to drop everything to leave with James, a unique adventure will begin.
Little is known about this series at the moment, except that it is an adaptation of the graphic novel of the same name by Charles Forsman and that it will consist of eight episodes of 30 minutes. The two main actors are Jessica Barden (The Lobster) as Alyssa and Alex Lawther (The Imitation Game) as James.
Season 1 of The End of the Fucking World will be available on Netflix from January 5.
