Get ready to sing! Riverdale brings you a musical episode in this second half of season 2!
According to TVLine, Riverdale will sing in a musical episode. Indeed, the drama department of Riverdale High, high school of our favorite teens, will mount a musical called Carrie: The Musical. This episode will air on Wednesday, April 18 on The CW and will feature the cast singing 11 songs.
This musical will be directed by Kevin Keller, Betty's BFF. The one who will play the title role will be none other than Cheryl. Veronica, meanwhile, will be the villain Chris. Finally, Betty and Archie will form the couple Sue and Tommy.
This isn't the first time Riverdale teens have sung. Indeed, Josie and the Pussycat form a girl-band, Archie composes and sings and Veronica has shared several duets with him. However, does this mean we'll see characters like Jughead singing? One cannot help but imagine its possibilities.
