The most atypical mercenary of Marvel Comics definitely does not do things like the others. While most blockbusters deliver formatted trailers, Deadpool 2 takes everyone on the wrong foot by showing ingenuity for its first trailer. A great success that should convince the fans.
The hardest thing after conquering everyone during his first attempt is to confirm for the second part. The choice to add a mythical X-Men character, Cable, was a risky bet. And yet, the first images of the trailer seem to show that it is a success.
The trailer starts like any good big entertainment by the mutant warrior fighting a slew of enemies in an apocalyptic futuristic universe. A serious introduction that our dear Deadpool can not help but stop by giving us his vision of things like Toy Story. Is this a reference to Disney as the studio bought Fox recently?
Note the two allusions to one of the best Pixar films. Deadpool's puppet is dressed like the famous sheriff of the trilogy. The toys used by Wade Wilson bear his name under their shoes. A great offbeat moment.
For the rest of the trailer, we find the characters of the first film and some interesting additions like Terry Crews.
