The sound system turns on. The sound, soft, rises slowly towards the ceiling like volutes of cigarette smoke. It sounds like an early theme music, and if it did, it would probably be a film noir, very dark, and mystical too, full of magic and mystery. A female voice mingles with the instruments; It is throbbing in its sweetness. And then the action comes. A first scream, a saturated and beautiful grunt, against a background of drums, electric guitars and angry bass. It's LØVTE. If you haven't heard of them yet, well, now it's done.

A promising first album of great success
LØVTE's first (and so far only) album was released in September 2017. It is called It's not a lack of love but a lack of communication, and has seven titles, sung in English.LØVTE comes from Poland, and means "promised" in Norwegian.
This first album, out of nowhere (no EPs…), is undoubtedly a jewel of the most raw and pure at the same time.
The LØVTE phenomenon is of rare intensity.Under its brutal sounds, LØVTE also communicates love. Magda's high voice, in clear track, mingles with saturated singing.
It's not a lack of love but a lack of communication is a compendium of emotions. It could be a threat carried by a velvet gun, like a razor caress on the corner of the temple.

Prelonging, Like you, Blessing / Womenergy, Close the door, Salatut sanat ("encrypted words" in Finnish), Savage novelty, Joy Division, are the tracks that make up the album. These names draw a mystical and mysterious atmosphere at work full of energy and power.
