YUM! On June 15, 16 & 17, 2018, the largest French pastry fair arrives at Paris Porte de Versailles to delight your taste buds.
For its first edition, the organization of the show prepares a menu that will delight the greediest, young & old with 200 exhibitors, 500 participants, 5 universes, 50 pastry classes, 10 master classes, 2 official competitions and all this … on more than 6,000 m2!
Not to spoil anything, 13 regions will be represented and 2 official competitions will be organized for amateurs and professionals!
Voted "Best Pastry Chef in the World" by the Academy of World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2016 and nicknamed the "Picasso of Pastry" by Vogue USA, Pierre Hermé will preside over the Show. A prestigious president for this first edition.
The show is organized around 5 universes to sublimate our 5 senses: the origin of flavors, sweet art, the French touch, the workshop of sweets and master classes. Visitors will certainly live a special sensory experience during their visit to this show.
