The NBC series Good Girls is renewed for a fourth season. The opportunity for us to soon find the adventures of the robbery mothers. Season 1 already revealed the tone of the series. Between humor and palpable tension, the episodes are far from monotonous. And for good reason, the series tells us the story of three friends living in Detroit. They are mothers and are ready to do anything for their children. In this adventure, we find Beth Boland (Christina Hendricks), a stay-at-home mother cheated on by her husband and whose management of their money has been disastrous. She is accompanied by her sister, Annie (Mae Whitman) who is a cashier and is at risk of losing custody of her daughter. Finally, the third of the gang is Ruby (Retta), their waitress friend who has a seriously ill daughter and whose care is extremely expensive.
A shortened season 3, attention spoilers!
Season 3 of Good Girls , currently airing in the United States, had to be shortened because of the coronavirus. Instead of the planned 18 episodes, fans of the series were able to watch only 11. Remember that the last episode of season 2 featured the possible death of Rio (Manny Montana), the leader of the gang for which mothers laundered money. But what about season 3? Is Rio really dead ? Or did FBI agent Jim Turner call the emergency room to save him? What about bleaching? Will the three friends continue their vast business as the end of season 2 suggests? According to the official trailer, they don't seem to stop there. However, we will have to be patient to get more precise answers. Even if in the United States, the series has already been broadcast, in France we should be able to access it before 2021 on Netflix…
