More recently, Sam Fender unveiled Dead Boys, a committed track about male suicides, especially in his hometown, as he explained on NME. For this clip, directed by Vincent Haycock, he wanted to highlight the theme of toxic masculinity but also its fragility while showing how it affects men growing up.
The clip is like the single: successful. We let ourselves be carried away by the shivering melody and the powerful voice of the singer.
