The group Archive will celebrate its 25th anniversary at the Seine Musicale on May 19th. An anniversary that should not be missed, an event that is likely to be memorable!

Founded in 1994, the British Archive hails from London. They are among the leaders of the Shoegaze movement, borrowing from both progressive rock and trip hop to create their clever mix. Led by Darius Keeler and Danny Griffiths, the group has undergone many changes over the years, but it regularly features the voices of Dave Pen, Maria Q and Holly Martin.

Who has never closed his eyes to let himself be lulled by the haunting and hypnotic title: Again!

Their music has crossed English borders to travel the world. With no less than 12 albums, their career is dotted with hits and masterpieces of music. From Londinium, their first album, to The False Foundation, the collective has established itself on the international scene and convinced fans of both psychedelic and progressive rock. Their compositions have been able to adapt to changes in music and styles. Today, it remains unavoidable!

We remember their last tour that brought them to Solidays in 2017. We had the chance to interview them!

The festivities will begin with a visit to Paris, at the Seine Musicale on May 16 for an exceptional anniversary concert. We hope to hear again all the titles that made their success: Again (of course), Lights, Nothing Else, Bullets, Fuck U, Goodbye, Conrtolling Crowds

Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, September 26 at 10 a.m.

In the meantime, this concert, you can still go see BIRDPEN (Dave Pen and Mike Bird) who will be at Point Éphémère on November 24th and on tour throughout the France!
