Here is another film victim of the coronavirus pandemic. Indeed, the animated film Minions 2 sees its release postponed to July 2021… On March 20, we learned the postponement of the release of Minions 2: Once upon a time Gru. This time, Universal has just announced an American date. And that shouldn't please Minions fans… Indeed, the animated film by Kyle Balda and Brad Ableson, initially scheduled in theaters on July 8, will finally be released on July 2, 2021 across the Atlantic. We will have to wait more than a year before being able to find Gru (child version this time) and his little yellow creatures during the 1970s. This postponement is obviously due to the Covid-19 pandemic (like many other films). This time, we will follow our famous (and adorable) villain who designs a Machiavellian plan to succeed in integrating a famous group of supervillains, known as Vicious 6, of which he is the biggest fan. In his task, he is assisted by the Minions, his little companions as delusional as they are faithful. With the help of Kevin, Stuart, Bob and Otto (a new Minion sporting beautiful braces and a desperate need to please) they will deploy treasures of ingenuity together to build their first lair, experiment with their first weapons and launch their first mission. So while waiting to find Gru and all his little companions in their new crazy adventures, discover the trailer of Minions 2.
