Season 7 of The 100 began this Wednesday in the United States on The CW. This final season of the series began with a turnaround regarding Bellamy. This makes us wonder if actor Bob Morley will be present in the next episodes.
Spoilers alert!
In the first episode of this seventh season, an event caused a wave of doubts and questions. Characters and fans alike have only one question on their minds: where has Bellamy gone? During the first few minutes of episode 1, we see Bellamy still struggling to recover from the disappearance of his sister Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos). We remember at the very end of season 6 when Bellamy was sucked by a cloud of green mist where he was knocked out. He was then transported by assailants freed by the Anomaly. According to Jason Rothenberg, creator of this television fiction, this twist will have "a huge role in this final season". This event will be one of the main plots of the 16 episodes of the season: "This is the mystery that the heroes will try to solve," says the creator of the series to TVLine. Echo, Gabriel and Hope will try to find Bellamy and save him. We can therefore wonder if Bob Morley will be present in all the episodes that make up the season. Especially since Jason Rothenberg revealed that Bob Morley asked the production to free up his time:
"Bob asked us to take a little time off this season, to take time for him and we honored his request. We included [his absence] in the plot."
That's not to say Bellamy won't survive. Indeed, the creator of the series confided "we will see him again". This should reassure fans about the course of the final season. Season 7 of The 100 already promises to be breathtaking, with many twists and turns. Rothenberg even revealed that a bigger threat than Sheidheda will appear…
