The Fantasy Drama
Goblin (Korea) VIKI
It is THE classic, the one that still today is one of the best rated and most loved Korean dramas of recent years. 16 episodes, released in 2016, telling the story of the Goblin Kim Sin, who for 900 years has been waiting for the goblin's fiancée, the one who can finally put an end to his immortality. In the meantime he lives alongside a sinister reaper who has lost his memory of his last human life. One day, her path crosses that of student Eun Tak. 
In the lead roles, we have Gong Yoo, for the Goblin, Lee Dong Wook as a reaper, Kim Go Eun and Yoo In Na in the female roles. They carry out all their roles to perfection. This drama is a perfect mix between the fantastic, the romantic, but also the dramatic side, with a very well conducted humor, which will make you laugh. Regularly historical passages will lead you to another time. And we can also only highlight its OST which is just beautiful. In short, really a Korean drama to discover, which will remain impregnated in you for a long time.
The drama concentrated in sweetness
First love (Japan) NETFLIX
We can not not talk about this Japanese drama, 12 episodes that has just been released on the Netflix platform. It is the story of a man and a woman who met, still a high school student in the 1990s, lived their adolescence together, and we find them, each today, adult, but in a life they had not necessarily imagined. The drama then alternates between current life and memories of the past to immerse us in history. This production is a concentrate of sweetness, romanticism, it is a real nugget. Want to let yourself be carried away and live pretty things while slow? Then this drama is for you. The images, the characters, the story, the OST, everything is beautiful, successful and perfectly orchestrated. Since its release, it has been acclaimed and it is deserved. 
We also find here, Satoh Takeru, Japanese actor known and recognized, who is again excellent in his character. With him, we find Mitsushima Hikari, always in the fragility, and the sweetness that we know him. But we also get acquainted, with their younger characters also carried by excellent actors, the drama regularly alternating past/present passages that as the episodes go on allow us to better understand their story. There is no need to say, it is very well done, it is of a touching accuracy, we let ourselves be carried away without problem by this magnificent Japanese production of the end of the year.
The romantic drama
What's Wrong with secretary Kim (Korea) VIKI
Koreans have a lot of beautiful romantic dramas to discover, but today we are going to talk to you about "What's wrong with secretary Kim", a romantic comedy that lives up to what one might expect. Released in 2018, it did very well, and continues today, through the episodes but also the Web toon to please. Lee Young Joon is a confident boss, with an excessive ego, having for 7 years a secretary who is completely devoted to him. So when she tells him that she is resigning, he is shocked, and does not understand how this could happen. He then tries to restrain her by all means. 
16 episodes, with the well-known actors Park Min Young and Park Seo Joon, it is a concentrate of romanticism by the fact that this drama is less in the usual restraint, and that it is also full of humor and nice moments. We laugh, we vibrate, we can also have at times the heart a little tight. It's really a nice drama to discover.
The feel-good drama
My little happiness (China) VIKI
Difficult to choose in all the dramas that gives this pleasant feeling of feel-good. But today, we chose to honor the Chinese drama "My Little Happiness". 28 episodes, released in 2021, is the story of Cong Rong, a bright young woman, who dreams of becoming a lawyer. But her mother has other plans for her. Cong Rong pretends to be abroad to study according to her wishes, but secretly returns to China to fulfill her dream. She then became an intern in a law firm, and was sent on an internship in a large hospital where she met her cousin Zhong Zen, an intern under the orders of Wen Shao Qing, a renowned but cold surgeon. The beginnings with this doctor are difficult, but as time goes by, they get closer. 
With Xing Fei and Tang Xiao Tian , it is a romantic story mixing destiny, legal and medical, we have a smile and a little heart that pulsates all along. This is particularly due to the alchemy really present and that bursts the screen of the main couple. A real little candy in these Christmas times.
The medical drama but not only…
Chocolate (Korea) NETFLIX
Rather unknown, this Korean drama is nevertheless a concentrate of emotions, sweetness, and it just feels good. 16 episodes, released in 2020, is the story of a man who became a neurosurgeon while dreaming of becoming a cook, and a woman who became a cook thanks to him. But not only that… This male surgeon knew this woman, and finds her a few years later when his life has taken a completely different and difficult turn for him. 
Combining cooking, medical, palliative care and a beautiful romantic story, this drama all in the slowness will really seduce you. We find Yoon Kye Sang and Ha Ji Won, who are both very touching and carry beautifully all this story. Their emotions, and what they are going through is always right, and we can only let ourselves be carried away. Although little has been said about it, it is really perfect and to discover in these Christmas times.
