Deadpool 3: the reunion fans have been waiting for
Scheduled for November 6, 2024 in cinemas, Deadpool 3 is highly anticipated by Marvel fans. It must be said that the film directed by Shawn Levy has something to excite comic book readers since it will, finally, reunite Deadpool and Wolverine on the screen. During a podcast on the Empire Film channel, Hugh Jackman was asked about the relationship that Deadpool and Logan will have in Deadpool 3. The 54-year-old actor teased a conflictual dynamic between the two protagonists:
How can I categorize their relationship? On a scale of 0 to 10, 10 they are friends, 0 they hate each other, we are at zero, we are opposite of each other, we hate each other. I'm just talking from my point of view, Logan is frustrated with him, he wants to be millions of miles away from him or wants to knock him out once and for all. Unfortunately, he can't be a million miles away from him in this movie, so I'm probably going to punch him in the face a lot.
Thus, Deadpool 3 will speak to fans of comics since it will take up the dynamic that unites the two characters in the paper adventures of mutants. Regularly, in the comics, the two heroes have a passive/aggressive relationship often very funny. Generally, Deadpool hangs out in the paws of the clawed mutant who tries somehow to get rid of him.
