One Hour is a Parisian brand renowned for the quality of the escape rooms it offers. L'Abattoir lives up to its reputation and offers an hour of thrills to its most adventurous players.
Surviving Voltaire's Butcher of the Slaughterhouse
The scenario of the room L'Abattoir could not be simpler: many disappearances have taken place in Paris around Voltaire's slaughterhouse. The players therefore decide to go directly to the slaughterhouse to investigate. Only the premises are far from empty. Inside prowls the Butcher, from which the team, of two to five people, will have to try to escape for an hour. The character of the Butcher is present, creating lasting tension and an oppressive atmosphere. The places are particularly well arranged, giving the impression of an important maze in which many round trips are necessary for the survival of the group. 
A slaughterhouse larger than life
The sets of L'Abattoir are very realistic and of good quality. Despite a classic welcome within the brand, often very disappointing compared to the exceptional welcome of the Cannibal of Paris or the Hotel Sedaine, the immersion in the story is rather easy thanks to the scenery and the involvement of the gamemaster. The puzzles are fluid, logical, concrete and perfectly adapted to groups of all levels. A balance is found between action and reflection. The room offers many very interesting mechanisms, allowing to contribute to the atmosphere of horror movie. Fans of slasher will be delighted to be able to be part of their favorite movies. 
L'Abattoir is an essential escape room for all horror and escape-game lovers, with a well-hung heart.
