An important similarity on the plot of season 1
This new season takes up the scenarios that led to the success of the first. The creator of the series decided to highlight the career of an artist in the rap world. This time, a woman occupies the main role, she is compared to "Diams" by her musical style.
The series has kept the authenticity of the cast of the first season; real artists are indeed on the front of the stage such as rappers like Rohff, Alonzo or even Amel Bent, Laurent Bouneau and Fred Musa of Skyrock. Added to all this are real-life stories, which we have all heard of before: stories of neighborhoods, settling of scores… The director is not afraid to expose the real face of rap, far too idealized by our young people, and does not hesitate to highlight serious social problems, often neglected.
Alpha, a new artist
The small differences that can be noticed in this new season lie in the fact that all the episodes are moving towards an increasingly mafia world. Indeed, Alpha quickly finds himself at the heart of a story facing a dangerous man. Despite everything, she continues her passion: rap. The series allows us to discover his talent and all his compositions, which are very good. The screenwriter stood out by putting a woman as the main character to represent French rap. It is true that this milieu of rap pure and hard does not give an important place to the woman. The story of Alpha is very touching, passionate about rap. She arrives despite the difficulties in finding her place in this very masculine environment. This season shows a different aspect of French rap by highlighting a young woman in the world of rap.
Less catchy than the first, this second season still highlighted a new artist who gained a lot of visibility in a short time. We must wish him as much success in his life as an artist as Apash has succeeded thanks to Validé. Will the series lead to a third season? Let's hope that the plot of the story diversifies, so as not to fall into the season too much.
